Maximum 2 people per room.
Room prices are the same, whether for a couple or single guest.  
All rates include a full breakfast per night.  
We accept cash or personal checks with proof of identification.  
Reservations will be confirmed over the phone with your credit card.  
If you must cancel and it is 10 days or more before you stay with us, your deposit will
be refunded, minus a $10 cancellation fee.  If cancellation is less than 10 days prior
to your stay, no refund will be given.  
2 nights minimum stay on holiday weekends.
As a courtesy to our guests, we are a non-smoking establishment.
Guests must be 18 years of age and older.
Please do not bring your pets as our two feline assistants, Bert and Ernie, like a lot of
attention.
Check-in time is at 4:00 p.m.  Other times maybe arranged with advance notice.  
Check-out time is at 12 p.m. noon.
We are licensed as a Bed and Breakfast establishment.  We follow all rules and
regulations required by the Tacoma-Pierce Country Health Department.
Snacks will be provided throughout your stay.  
Please respect the privacy of others by being in your room approximately at 10:00 p.m.
Renate's scrumptious German breakfast is served between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m.
